On 31st August, 2019, Department of Management Studies organized a Motivational talk on Motivational Talk on Entrepreneurship Value Proposition by Mr. Ajay Akhnoor, from LearnED, IE. For his talk we had diverse students from MBA and Engineering Branch. Mr. Ajay spoke on the importance of being an Entrepreneur. He gave an Example of UBER’s Value Proposition and allowed students create value Proposition of their own venture. With personal examples he explained how he started his own firm at a young age. He made students understand the basics of Entrepreneurship and how value proposition helps you to start a new venture .

Mr Ajay later asked students to present their lean canvas which was prepared by them to present and gave suggestions on improvising them. He also encouraged everyone to participate in a business plan competition which is held by IE and which will help them to get more exposure and make them understand about the feasibility of their business plan. The cash prize is 1 Lakh rupee and many students showed their enthusiasm to participate in the business plan competition.
