A positive, happy optimistic outlook in life leads to a pleasant personality. Department of Management Studies organized a session on Personality & Personal Brand Building on 17th October 2019. The speaker for the session was Ms. Neha Mathur. The session emphasised on the need of the hour – a better understanding of personal branding in the present social era has become a powerful and critical part of the professional growth path.

The session aimed at grooming the students through sensitizing about proper behaviour both socially and professionally in formal and informal circumstances. It highlighted on the tools that help in enhancing communication skills and interpersonal skills.
