A webinar was conducted on 6^th June, 2020 at 03:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m. for the Students of MBA. The presenter was Ms. Prabha Masilamani who spoke on the topic of “Creating a Business Continuity plan from HR perspective”. She is currently working with 24[7] AI Innovations lab as a Global HR Strategist. Her previous roles have also been with global MNC’S such as Igate, Xilnix and Brocade, along with her many other accolades.

She explained about the challenges faced by an organization during the pandemic and the measures to overcome those difficulties. She also briefed students on the impacts of COVID-19 in the corporate world.
