RUDRAKSH 2016 presents a huge opportunity to explore your creativity- a crucial skill for everybody to master. Creativity is key to Career Success. Innovation too deserves a much higher priority in education curricula.
The 2nd year is one of the milestones of the Department of Management Studies endorses and is pleased to organize RUDRAKSH 2016 an inter-collegiate Management and Cultural fest on the intrinsic values of Creativity and Innovation. This theme grows out of our efforts over the last several years to consider the place of these values in education. We invite you to join us on March 29th for this exciting event.

GENERAL RULES
- All participants must carry valid college ID cards.
- Participants are required to be dressed in formals.
- All colleges must confirm their participation along with the details of the participants on or before 24th March 2016 through mail- mbarudraksh2016@gmail.com.
- No restriction on number of teams per college
- Colleges may choose to participate in any event of their choice. However, please note that in order to be eligible for the " OVERALL CHAMPIONSHIP", participation in all the events is a must.
- Overall registration Rs 2000
- Judge's decision is final and binding.
- The management and organizers reserve the rights to reschedule any of events.

- Pradhi-cultural events -Talent show – pradhi , Solo (dance, music, beat boxing, instrumentals, magic show etc.) , Group (dance, singing, skit, mimes etc.)
- Vyapar patshala -Finance competition (individual or team of two)
- Mantram-Marketing competition (team: min 4 max 8)
- Vagyuddha - hr competition (individual event)
- Yojana - business plan (individual or team event (2))
- Chanakya neethi- best manager (individual event)
