“Outbound Experiential Program” for MBA 3rd sem students.Department Department of Management Studies organized an Outbound experiential Training on 23rd and 24th of November 2021 at ECC, Whitefield, Bangalore. In order to impact learning of individual along with the team, sessions on Professionalism, Leadership, Effective Communication, Mentoring and Skill Development were held. The sessions aimed to deliver learning through experience  and  outdoor activities. Sessions on SWOT Analysis and importance of soft skills, stress management, body language, voice modulation, introvert and extrovert, presentation and interpersonal skills, time management and problem solving were addressed. This simulation based learning helped students to think out-of-box, take initiative, team work, quality of work, timely completion of tasks and overall capabilities. The training entails engaging students in collaboration, innovation and productivity, developing team strategies for getting better results, building trust and ownership, motivating others by using complementary skills. It was indeed a great experience as it helped students to develop confidence, team spirit, understanding themselves and others, personal development and building a positive attitude. We thank All the faculty members for organizing outbound training which was a great experience as it accelerated a change from closed classrooms to outdoor experience.
