Department of Management Studies, NHCE organized an Alumni Talk on “Emotional Career Planning”. The speaker of this session was Ms.Sonali Kathare, Senior Financial Analyst, Goldman Sachs. The session aimed to enhance self-awareness, new awareness on career, and develop a concrete career advancement vision. In this session, the speaker spoke on to thoroughly examine one’s own values and career path with help from fellow participants of diverse experiences and perspectives. The speaker highlighted on to periodically re-examine ones career and develop a “career vision”.
