The Department of Management Studies had organized an Alumni Talk titled Journeys Beyond Classroom, featuring Ms. Padmashree.R, an Alumna from 2010-2012 Batch of MBA is a seasoned speaker and aspiring entrepreneur. She is presently working at RJS Institute Of Management Studies as Assistant Professor. She discussed her various career aspirations in detail. She elaborated on the essentials of starting a business, emphasizing thorough research, market analysis, and planning. Ms. Padmashree provided insights into government loans and grants available for aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly for women and young business leaders.
