The Department of Management Studies jointly with Alumni Association had organized an Alumni talk titled “Meet Gen Z and Gen Alpha: Next Generation of Workers” on 15/03/2024. Alumni speaker for the session was Ms. Preethi,Sre.Associate -HR ,Velocis Systems Pvt Ltd,Bengaluru.The event aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and corporate expectations, providing students with insights from industry professional. She provided valuable insights on transitioning from college to the corporate world, emphasizing the significance of continuous learning and skill development, as well as discussing the challenges commonly encountered in the workplace. Additionally, she offered career advice and tips for managing stress in a corporate environment.
