BizFiesta was a Marketing event. The first round of the event was Imprexis, conducted in A302 of Department of Management studies, New Horizon college of Engineering. The first round was based on identifying a social problem and develop a product which will be a solution for that problem. Each team was given 10 minutes of preparation time and 5 minutes to present their product/service. The first round started at 10:30 Am and was concluded at 12:30 Pm. Based on the scores given by judges, 50% of the least scoring participants were eliminated after the first round.
Second round of BizFiesta was Addsup, in which the participants were asked to prepare a small advertisement on the product/service which they selected in the first round and give a presentation on the same. Each team was given leverage to make use of internet to search for suggestions and create a short video of their advertisement or make a role play of the same. The participants were asked to make the ad the more creative and create a tagline and jingle. Each team was given 15 minutes to present their ad to the judges.
The second was conducted in ED cell of Department of Management studies, New Horizon college of Engineering, it started at 2:00 Pm and was concluded at 3:30 Pm.
