HR CONCLAVE – “Human &AI the New Paradigm in Technical Education
On February 27, 2025, the Department of Management Studies, in collaboration with WACIA and powered by Brownie Bottle, hosted the HR Conclave 2025 at the New Horizon College of Engineering Auditorium. The event, titled “Human & AI: The New Paradigm in Technical Education,” featured notable speakers such as Iti Rawat, Umesh D, Saritha Devpunje, and Hawwa H. Hanjara. Chief Guest Dr. Enti Ranga Reddy, Chairman & Managing Director of Legend Technologies, was also in attendance. The event began with a welcome by Dr. Rose Kavitha and Dr. Priyameet Kaur Keer, followed by an inaugural ceremony led by Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, Director of QAIIE. A panel discussion highlighted the intersection of AI and HR, where Umesh D stressed the importance of prioritizing humanity in AI, and Iti Rawat shared insights on AI tool implementation. Hawwa H. Hanjara illustrated real-life scenarios of AI-driven app development, while Saritha Devpunje expertly moderated the session. The conclave provided meaningful interactions and valuable career insights, encouraging continued learning and networking.
