Department of Management Studies, NHCE organized MBA Induction program on “Emotional Intelligence in Work Place”. The Honourable speaker of this session was Ms. Shanmuga Priya, Associate HR – L& T Services Pvt. Ltd. The session aimed at helping students know about Emotional Intelligence. It was an informative and interactive session that helped students explore more about handling Emotions in Workplace and having a good understanding of Emotional Intelligence. The speaker also gave relevant examples of how to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict. We thank Dr Sheelan Misra, Head of department of Management studies for organizing such an insightful session that is relevant to the industry and for constantly encouraging and motivating students.
