Mentor-Mentee Meet, "Marg Darshan - Alumni Guide the Way
The Department of Management Studies held a successful Mentor-Mentee Meet titled “Marg Darshan – Alumni Guide the Way” on February 28, 2025. This event brought together experienced professionals, including Ms. Preethi Bhaskar from Velocis Systems Pvt Ltd, Divakar R from Bosch, Denisha J from IBM, Avinash V P from OLA Electric Technologies Ltd, and Mr. Raghu A from TCS, Bangalore.
The primary aim was to facilitate meaningful interactions between mentors and aspiring individuals. Mentors shared valuable insights and experiences, while mentees received guidance on skill development, industry trends, and career growth. The session strengthened mentor-mentee relationships and provided essential suggestions for succeeding in interviews. Overall, the meeting highlighted the significant role of mentorship in fostering personal and professional development.
