A webinar was conducted on 20th May, 2020 at 02:00Pm to 03:30Pm for 2nd Semester MBA students on the topic “Role of operations management in contemporary businesses” by Mr. B Thej Kumar, Associate Vice President – Operations, Quality and Product Development, Toyoda Gosei South India Private Ltd.
Mr. Thej Kumar emphasized on risk taking, diversified and innovative thinking needed to survive in terms of growth aspect in the industry. He briefed the students on various lean manufacturing systems in the Industry.
The session ended with the short message from the speaker, 3M (Master–Mind –Manage ), 3C – (Courage – Challenge – Change), 3S (Success – Supplement – Satisfaction ) an individual can inculcate in professional and personal life.
