The guest lecture on “Next-Gen Enterprises: Integrating AI Tools for Competitive Advantage” was successfully conducted on 6th, July 2025 at Falconry Seminar Hall, featuring Dr. Bharath Chandrashekar, Head of Human Resources at IP Infusion Software India Pvt Ltd, who shared valuable insights on AI-driven talent acquisition, performance management, and data-informed decision-making.
The session emphasized AI as a strategic enabler, highlighting its role in transforming business models through predictive analytics and customer personalization. Participants engaged in case-based learning with real-world examples from Amazon, Tesla, and Indian start-ups, discussing the scalability of AI applications like Automation, NLP, and computer vision.
Dr. Bharath Chandrashekar also conducted live demonstrations of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Tableau, and Microsoft Copilot, illustrating how non-technical professionals can leverage AI in decision-making. An interactive debate on AI ethics addressed concerns around bias, job displacement, and the need for human-centric design, encouraging students to propose their own AI policy frameworks.
The lecture concluded with a discussion on emerging AI-centric roles like AI Product Manager, Prompt Engineer, and AI Compliance Officer, followed by a quiz and open Q&A session to help students align their career aspirations with the evolving AI landscape.
