 On 18^th,  June 2025, The Department of Management Studies at New Horizon College of Engineering conducted a highly informative and engaging workshop on “Human Resource Management Specialization Orientation. The workshop was led by Ms. Kavitha Kishore, Senior HR Leader, Former HR Director, Ideas Ahead AV Solutions who brought a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to the discussion. Her expertise in the field provided participants with a clear understanding of how the resumes get screened using AI tools and how with different apps, resumes can be rewritten, helping them achieve sustained competitive advantage.
