Department of Management Studies organized an Alumni Talk on “My Story – Reflecting on Corporate Experience”on 20th Novemeber, 2021. Speaker for the day was Mr. Chaitanya. D, Advanced Tax Analyst, Ernst & Young – Global Delivery Services.
The Session was started as a story narrating his one of the situation he experienced in the college. Sir has given more insight about how one can improve his skills and talents once we enter into the corporate and gain more necessary needful information in corporate life of an individual to seek a better future in their own career. Sir has deeply explained about how one can be knowledgeable enough to survive and sustain in corporate. Sir also talked about his current role and the organization he was working, the way he worked from a scratch to make it up at a better position. Sir also spoke about the skills that an individual need to develop such as adaptability, Interpersonal skills, has shared all his experience as a student at NHCE It is through reflecting about the actions at work and the concrete experiences that will lead you to recognizing that the experience has forged a new way of thinking about the classroom theory.
