The Induction program serves as a strong foundation for the first year students for beginning their professional journey. Department of management Studies organized a induction program for the fresh entrants to MBA. The Chief Guest for the session was Mr. Sridhar Chitraju. The objective of this program was to acclimatize the students to the new environment and get them acquainted with the institution culture.
The programme started with a warm session by the Prof & Head of the Department, Dr. Sheelan Misra welcoming the students and explaining her strategies to have good academic year so students can get holistic development while adhering to social distancing norms.
Dr. Sheelan Misra, Professor & HOD informed the students about the essential and requirement of the MBA Course and how the complete teaching pedagogy is designed. She also addresses the motivation lecture about leadership to students to boost their morale and make them understand the insights of Leadership in future.
