The Department of Master of Business Administration organised a Business Conclave on “Agile Leadership – Unlocking Today’s Competitive Advantage” on December 5, 2025. The event brought together industry visionaries and thought leaders to explore the future of work and agile leadership in competitive markets. Rtn. Mohan Kumar, Consultant at Wipro, graced the occasion as Chief Guest and delivered a keynote on agile enterprises, adaptive mindsets, and frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, and Lean-Agile. He emphasised innovation models such as Google’s 20% time and Spotify squads, highlighting the role of learning agility and technology-driven business strategies.

The distinguished panel featured Ritu S Jain (Founder & Director, TEAPOD), Meetali Mukherjee (Managing Director, Hydax Pvt Ltd), Sreekanth Elkuri (Senior Manager, Accenture Strategy), Srinivas C.V. (Strategy Lead, TCS), and Srivatsan Madhavan (Program Manager, Standard Chartered). The discussion was masterfully moderated by Indushekar Rajan, former VP Operations at Volvo Construction Equipment. Panelists shared insights on empowering teams through autonomy, breaking silos, and fostering transparency for early problem-solving. They compared SAFe’s structured scaling with LeSS’s minimalistic approach, focusing on flow efficiency and customer value. Students actively participated in Q&A sessions on career readiness, certifications, and applying agile principles in academics.
