The Department Of Management Studies, NHCE organized a Faculty Development Programme on Business Case Development in Association with Academic Research Conferences. The Speaker for the day was Dr. Ravichandran Krishnamurthy. The aim of the programme was to guide faculties in building an effective case study.
The speaker highlighted the importance of how a good case should be followed by a description of the functions and elements of a case. The speaker also mentioned that Writing an effective business case includes presenting a compelling case for a particular audience in order to achieve approval to embark on a particular course of action.
