Guest Lecture-Navigating Employee Behavior in International Context
On February 28, 2025, Mr. Ravi K Raghunathan, HR Leader & Partner at IBM India/South Asia, delivered a guest lecture titled “Navigating Employee Behavior in Global Contexts” at Falconry Hall. He emphasized the importance of understanding cultural differences in employee behavior and shared insights into how varying cultural backgrounds can influence work ethics and communication styles. The session also covered essential strategies for managing employee behavior internationally, including cross-cultural training, promoting diversity, and adapting leadership approach to different cultural contexts. It enhanced students’ understanding of effective cross-cultural management practices.
