The Department of Management studies had organized a Guest Talk as a part of PG orientation on the topic “My Personal Journey” on 09 Decmber 2025.Dr. Tripti Aravind’s session for first-semester MBA students was insightful wherein the speaker shared her entrepreneurial journey, highlighting challenges, market research, and strategic networking. She emphasized adaptability, leadership, and resilience gained from launching her first venture. The session included discussions on avoiding failures and inspirational takeaways from her experiences. Students also shared their journeys, receiving guidance on principles for a balanced professional and personal life.
