MBA – “Industry Sector Analysis – Career Opportunities in HR ”
Department of Management Studies, NHCE had organized an Industry Sector Analysis in HR on August 11, 2023, Dr. Bharath C, Director-HR from IT Company IpInfusion Software Pvt Ltd., conducted a session on “Career Opportunities in HR”. The speaker briefed on the emerging trends in HR and how HR would play a key role in defining and moderating these trends in the organization. He gave an in-depth perspective on the Remote and Flexible working method, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Talent Development and Retention, Digital Transformation, Emerging trends in People Analytics , Healthy Organization and Mental Health.
