Outbound Experiential Learning & Training
The Department of Management Studies organized Outbound Training for the 2024-26 Batch MBA students on February 19th and 20th, 2025, at Avaniya Adventure Resorts, Haralakunte, Karnataka. The trainers included Mr. Ajith Selvaraju (Founder and CEO, N’kisi Institute), Mr. Aram Rajhakumar (Founder and chief Coach, Happy Aram Life Mastery Academy Pvt. Ltd.), and Mr. Ramana (Corporate Leadership Trainer, Hive Academia for Holistic Living).
This experiential learning program aimed to enhance students’ efficiency by taking them out of their classroom environment and assigning them challenging tasks. Key takeaways included teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, time management, self-awareness, stress handling, social intelligence, and experiential learning.
The training fostered strong interpersonal bonds and encouraged students to step out of their comfort zones while adopting new coping strategies. This dynamic setting allowed facilitators to observe individual strengths and areas for improvement, ultimately guiding students toward personal growth.
