New Horizon College of Engineering, Department of Management studies had organised orientation session for 1^st year students on Prospects and Challenges for Young Managers. The expert speaker for the session was Dr. Subhashini Ramaswamy .Dr. Subhashini is the CEO and Founder of rare minds , a learning and education consultancy . She is having more than 30 years of experience in HR and L&D .   The objective of the session was to create awareness about the workplace challenges and opportunities for young managers . The speaker enlightened about the challenges Young managers face as they navigate their careers. The session emphasised on balancing the prospects and challenges  that requires a combination of self-awareness, continuous improvement, and a proactive approach to leadership development.. The speaker narrated different short stories followed by discussion and analysis  by Students to inculcate the importance of adaptability , diversity management, overcoming stereotypes   . 100 students from 1^st year attended the session. We thank Principal and management of New Horizon College Of Engineering for providing extended support for conducting the event.
