VAP – HR Workshop
The Department of Management Studies conducted the Unique Domain HR Workshop on 17.07.2025, equipping future HR leaders with strategic tools for data-driven, people-focused decision-making. Students gained hands-on experience in coaching, feedback, workforce analytics, and ethical AI in HR – strengthening their ability to align HR initiatives with business impact.
The immersive workshop gave students opportunities to explore real-world HR scenarios through interactive activities and case studies. Emphasis was placed on using analytics to enhance employee engagement and drive organizational culture. Students also learned to build HR dashboards that reflect business KPIs and support effective decision-making.
With AI transforming the HR landscape, the event sparked conversations on responsible technology use and transparency in workplace practices. Overall, the workshop fostered future-ready HR professionals equipped to lead with empathy, insight, and strategic vigor.
