Orientation Talk-I Year MBA
The Department of Management Studies hosted a Guest Talk during the Orientation session for all first-year MBA students on December 9, 2024. The session featured Dr. Dunstan Rajkumar, a professor from the Department of Commerce at Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. Dr. Rajkumar focused on the importance of goal setting for managers, introducing concepts such as SMART Goals and the cultivation of a positive and growth-oriented mindset. He also discussed strategies for breaking down larger goals into manageable tasks with specific milestones, which can help streamline efforts and improve overall productivity.
